Music is a very important part of life at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Our church has a rich tradition of music that not only enhances the liturgy, but deepens the faith of congregation members and visitors each week in both a traditional and contemporary musical setting. Below are the descriptions of the many dedicated volunteers that are involved in the music ministry at St. Joseph.
Cantors serve in a very important capacity at St. Joseph. This dedicated group of volunteers assist in leading the congregation in song and prayer for nearly every liturgical service.
The Miracle Choir is comprised of vocalists that lead the music ministry at liturgical services throughout the year and at special Masses such as Christmas and Easter. Membership to the choir is open to anyone who loves music.
Various instrumentalists are also part of numerous liturgies throughout the year at St. Joseph. Instrumentalist include, but are not limited to, guitar, trumpet, trombone, saxaphone, and percussion.
